This corporate wellness Programme ( “Programme”) is provided to you by Total Loyalty Company Limited (“TLC”) in association with your employer.
Your use of the Programme is made at your own risk. We may, from time to time, change or add to this website (including these terms of use) or the information, products and services without notice. We are not liable to you or any other party if errors occur in the information on this website or if that information is not up-to-date.
Please refer directly to the terms and condition of each offer and resource made available via this Programme. Any transaction is conducted voluntarily between you and the vendor. Neither TLC nor its related parties will be liable for any mistake, failure or negligent action on the part of any external party in the provision of the benefits.
TLC uses a proprietary platform to provide a customised website for each client. Refer to the Privacy Policy and Personal Information Collection Statement for more details on TLC’s privacy and security commitments.
In using this Programme , you agree to use the benefits of the Programme for your individual benefit or the benefit of your immediate family only, and agree to abide by the Fair Use Policy below.
Fair Use Policy
Our Fair Use Policy is intended to ensure that our members do not use our services, products or offers in an excessive, unreasonable or fraudulent manner. Such use may impact the quality or reliability of our services, products or offers to other members.
Our Fair Use Policy applies when you use any of our services, products or offers. We retain the right to vary the terms of the Fair Use Policy at any time in our sole discretion.
The Fair Use Policy (as varied from time to time) is available at our website and any variation takes effect immediately any such variation is posted on our website.
Excessive Use: You must not use any of our services, products or offers in a way that we deem to be excessive (in our sole discretion).

Unreasonable and Commercial Use
Without restricting what is meant by “unreasonable” we will supply services, products and offers to you for the purpose of your own personal and domestic use only. We will consider unreasonable use of the services, products or offers to be:

- Wholesale sale or distribution of the services, products or offers to any other person or entity.
Where we consider your use of the services, products or offers is for business or commercial purposes we will notify you and ask you to modify your use of the services, products or offers. If you do not modify your use of the services, products or offers we may suspend or cancel your access to those services, products or offers immediately and without any prior warning or notice given to you.
Without any limitation, we consider in our sole discretion, that the following uses are uses for business or commercial purposes and outside the Fair Use Policy:
- You purchase services, products or offers for the purposes of resale, resupply or commercial exploitation; or
- You purchase services, products or offers to use as payment to third parties for other services supplied to you; or
- You purchase services, products or offers for reasons other than for reasonable personal or domestic use; or
- You purchase services, products or offers to use in your business or a direct family member’s business; or
- You purchase services, products or offers to be provided as prizes, commission, compensation or incentives in a competition, promotion or offer.
